The base compensation range for this role is $34.

As an Operator, your primary duties include operating heavy equipment as directed and specified while adhering to all rules and regulations as mandated by Mortenson safety policies and procedures.
Responsibilities Responsibilities Follows prescribed safety regulations Ensure that all housekeeping is maintained in a clear and orderly fashion in assigned area Performs routine maintenance to include lubricating, fueling and cleaning Observes equipment operation to detect machine malfunction Follows work plans and pre-task cards Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed Operates the following equipment based on the requirements of the project:
Blade Dozer Loader Scraper Forklift/Telehandler Crane Bobcat/Skid-steer Boom Lifts/Aerial Lifts All team members are expected to demonstrate the following characteristics:
